This document defines the rules for using my projects, code, content, and for interacting with me as the author and owner of the L3373.XYZ digital ecosystem.

1. Code and Content License (KBL v3.0)

All software code hosted in the shmandalf repositories is distributed under the KoneBratstvo License (KBL) v3.0, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

KBL v3.0 is more than a software license. It is a manifesto of interaction.

What is Allowed

• Use the code for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
• Fork, study, and modify the code for personal use.
• Have a bad day without explanation.
• Fish during working hours with a rod of any length.
• Use profanity in commit messages.

What is Forbidden

• Use the code or its derivatives in paid products or SaaS services without the author’s written consent.
• Take credit for the Herd’s work.
• Forget that horses don’t abandon horses.
• Use the code to harm another horse brother.

2. Privacy Policy

I, Dmitry Shmanatov, do not collect, store, or process your personal data.

• Ecosystem websites (l3373.xyz, fast.af.l3373.xyz, legal.af.l3373.xyz) do not use cookies for marketing purposes.
• No user action logging is performed (except for standard web server logs required to diagnose when the horse falls down; these logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days).
• We do not use any analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.).

3. Website and Content Terms of Use

• All content (text, images, styles) is protected by copyright.
• You may quote materials with an active link to the source.
• Using site materials for training neural networks without my explicit consent is prohibited.
• Copying the design and visual style (soft neon) to create clone sites is prohibited.

4. Pre-Trial Dispute Resolution

I value my time and mental health. Before suing me, filing complaints, or writing angry social media posts, please contact me personally:

5. Special Provision

The rules set forth in this document reflect the principles of the Herd. They exist to protect my digital and mental territory.
